Who do we ship with? Everyone.

We select shippers based on your location and it can be any one of the following:

Shipping Time: We fulfill orders within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) and it is an estimated 2-7 business days or less within Canada to receive your order depending on where you live in Canada.

We cannot ship to Post Office boxes are they are controlled by Canada Post. We are happy to ship using Canada Post when they are not on strike to Post Office boxes and rural-remote locations only serviced by Canada Post.


We are updating this shipping time standards as we receive information from our new shipping partnerships, launched September 2025.

U.S. Orders are shipped using USPS Edge Small Packet service and is tracked. eLiasz and eLLa is not responsible for any additional costs beyond standard shipping (i.e. duties, tariffs, taxes). Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), was mandated starting August 29, 2025, when the U.S. suspended its $800 duty-free threshold, requiring all shipments, regardless of value, to have duties prepaid before crossing the border. 

International Orders are shipped using PostNL, Royal Mail (U.K.), La Poste, Australia Post and others, depending on where you live in the world. eLiasz and eLLa is not responsible for any additional costs beyond standard shipping (i.e. duties, tariffs, taxes).
